Ginger

This is one of the must-have spices in your kitchen. You may not know it, but ginger has loads of beneficial stuff when eaten. This spice helps reduce inflammation, relieve muscle sores, and lessen the symptoms of arthritis. When growing ginger, make sure the buds receive indirect sunlight and always keep the soil moist.

This herb masks breath odor and can even kill bacteria that cause it. is very rich in nutrients, and can also improve brain function. When planting these, put them into an area with an abundance of sunlight. Harvest before the plant flowers and simply put the leaves in your dessert, salad, smoothie, or infuse in water for a refreshing drink!
