Despite the common public misconception surrounding technology and its potential to disrupt sleep, there are some forms of technology that can help you get a good night’s rest. Chief among them are melatonin vape pens, or small devices that emit melatonin vapor.

Here’s a quick guide on how you can use these innovative products for better well-being.

What is a Melatonin Vape Pen?

Melatonin Vape Pen for Sleep has been making waves since it was launched. These handy and convenient devices produce melatonin in vapor form so you can inhale them and experience its immediate effect.

Vape pens have been around for years, but it’s only now that there are melatonin types. They are pen-like devices (hence the name) that emit vapors. The first vapes often contained nicotine and were seen as alternatives to tobacco. However, melatonin vapes do not contain nicotine but rather vitamins and melatonin.

How to Use a Melatonin Vape?

It’s fairly easy to use a regular vape, much less a melatonin vape pen. You usually press a button so the liquid can be turned into vapor, and then you inhale the vapor and feel its intended effects.

Melatonin pens can be used a few hours before you go to sleep. The compound helps prepare the body and resets its internal clock, or ‘circadian rhythm’ so you’ll naturally feel sleepy when it’s dark. Also, melatonin is proven to offer deeper and a more well-rested sleep compared to other supplements.

There’s usually an indicator that will show you if your device is low on battery or low on juice. If this is the case, then you just need to charge it or refill it via melatonin juice, respectively. It’s recommended that you use a melatonin vape pen regularly to feel its effects and allow for better sleep over time.
