3 Websites to Simplify Meal Preparation

3 Websites to Simplify Meal Preparation

Meal preparation doesn’t have to be boring or a hit-or-miss affair.

Whenever you’re thinking, ‘what should I make for dinner?’, consider the following websites that can help:

AllRecipes

AllRecipes is a popular recipe website with hundreds of recipes using just about any ingredient imaginable.

The site has a broad category, including meal types, ingredients, cooking style, seasonal and even ones that pertain to specific diets.

For instance, you have some Extra Virgin Oil and you want to look up recipes using it as a main ingredient. You can go to Ingredient Search and pick it out, then AllRecipes will have a list ready.

Sign up for an account and you can add to Favorites, adjust serving size and browse user-contributed photos.

Fine Cooking

Fine Cooking is half blog, half recipe website and has a lot of personality to boot. Choose Recipes and Menus to get to where you need to go, or Ingredients when you want to search by ingredients.

The site shines in the ingredients list department, where a helpful snippet of the ingredient is shown. Click one and there will be a page on how you can prepare it along with other elements for a truly delicious meal.

SuperCook

SuperCook is a beginner-friendly recipe website with plenty of resources for first timers.

The site is really easy to navigate and simple enough that you won’t be confused. There are options on the left side with icons to help you recognize the category quickly.

You’ll also find tantalizing photos of the possible recipes when you want to use, say an egg or kale. Click it and you’ll be redirected to a page that tells you how to prepare the meal.

SuperCook has an app that’s available to download on iOS and Android. Open the app and you’ll have a mini-helper that will tell you what to do.
